New product combination

With effect from August 09,the land element would not be available with any of our products instead we have finalized some good gifts to be given to new members as well as existing members who introduce new members (MGM) scheme.

Attached are the fresh agreements of 5y/10y/30y domestic and 30y RCI and new price list of your respective cities which clearly depicts membership price along with the features of the membership. We have currently finalized four gifts which may be given to members, namely.

You may issue any gift to any category of membership, provided that you charge the member double the cost of the gift and add the same to the membership price.

Below mentioned is the MGM scheme finalized.

MGM benefits

a) Introduce member / members having a TPP of Rs.1,00,000/- Get a microwave Owen worth Rs.3,108/-(SAMSUNG)

b) Introduce member / members having a TPP of Rs.2,00,000/- Get a digital camera worth Rs.4,809/-(SAMSUNG)

c) Introduce member / members having a TPP of Rs.3,00,000/- Get a LCD worth Rs.11,152/-(SAMSUNG)

d) Introduce member / members having a TPP of Rs.3,50,000/- Get a Laptop worth Rs.18,850/-(SAMSUNG) / All paid trip to Dubai for the couple including stay for 2 nights and 3 days.

e) Member has to pay 15% of MRP towards service and handling charges in order to avail his (MGM) gift.

f) All (MGM) gifts will have to be issued by the accounts department after verifying the payment details.

The ORD department can also apply the same logic to collect installments, upgrade members or to get MGM deals.

I am sure that this scheme would definitely help us increasing our revenues.

You may all send in your requests for gifts on a weekly basis to my office in the specified format. You are also expected to send weekly report of gifts issued to my office in the specified format.

Mr. Phaneendra Rao , in co-ordination with your local branch accountant would release payments to the suppliers centrally from Hyderabad . As instructed by CMD 5% of every branches revenue will have to be transferred to a specific account to issue payments to gift suppliers. Initially we have finalized the deal with SAMSUNG but we are expecting to do tie- ups with other manufacturers as well shortly.
